    We select materials in accordance with the customer's process conditions and will consult with you individually.

  • QCan the viscosity be adjusted?

    Yes, it is possible. Although there are limits, it is possible to propose the optimum viscosity according to the film thickness and application conditions requested by the customer.

  • QWhat is the delivery time?

    A

    Preparation samples are delivered within approximately one month and mass-produced products are delivered within 40 days of ordering.

  • QHow stable is BLX when stored at room temperature?

    A

    There is no deterioration in quality after one year of storage. However, 6 months is the basic standard value.

  • QWhat is the adoption record?

    A

    BLX has been adopted by domestic and overseas customers, including RF devices for 5G communication base stations and SAW Filter devices for smartphones, where demand has been booming recently.
    It also has a proven track record in the processing of in-vehicle communication devices, which require high reliability.

    Sensitivity adjustment is available, but approximately 100 mJ/cm2 or less is sufficient.
